Anti-TP53 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against TP53 (also known as NY-CO-13, cellular tumor antigen p53, phosphoprotein p53, and tumor suppressor p53) and is designed to detect the endogenous total TP53 protein in human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot of an unconjugated, affinity-purified preparation at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It was generated against a recombinant human TP53 immunogen in a rabbit host and is therefore polyclonal in nature, making it well suited for assays where a broad epitope coverage is advantageous. Validated applications on the supplier page include Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry / immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC), supporting its use across a range of sample types from cultured cells to tissue sections. For handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C and, once received, should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
