Anti-TP53 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against recombinant human TP53 protein and validated for the detection of endogenous total p53 (also referenced as Cellular tumor antigen p53, Phosphoprotein p53, and Tumor suppressor p53). It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume of phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The antibody is unconjugated, with no fluorophore or enzyme tag, and is recommended for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on human, mouse, and rat samples. The polyclonal host is Rabbit, the immunogen is recombinant human TP53, and purification was carried out by affinity chromatography using the immunogen. The vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
