Anti-TP53 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises TP53 (p53) and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid preparation. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–393 of human p53, and the reagent is purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is reported to react with Human and Rat samples.

The antibody has been validated for Western blot (recommended dilution 1:500–1:2,000), immunohistochemistry (1:50–1:200), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (1:50–1:200) and immunoprecipitation (1:1,000–1:5,000). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 53 kDa.
