Anti-TP53 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets p53 (also referred to as TP53), a protein with a molecular weight of 53 kDa. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human p53 (NP_000537.3), and the reagent is supplied as an unconjugated liquid.

The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The manufacturer has validated it for Western blot and immunoprecipitation in human samples, with recommended dilutions of 1:3,000–1:6,000 for WB and 1:500–1:1,000 for IP. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
