Anti-total AKT Antibody

This unconjugated mouse monoclonal IgG1 reagent from Antibodies.com recognizes total AKT (Protein Kinase B / PKB), the serine/threonine kinase central to PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling, independent of its phosphorylation state. Supplied as 100 µl in a vial, it is validated for western blot and immunoprecipitation workflows and cross-reacts with endogenous AKT in human, mouse, and rat samples.
