Anti-TORC1 ( IgM) Antibody

Sourced from Antibodies.com, this Mouse IgM monoclonal primary antibody is raised against TORC1 (also known as CRTC1, CREB-regulated transcription coactivator 1) and is supplied as a 50 µl purified preparation. The unconjugated antibody is provided in a buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4) and 150 mM NaCl with 0.2% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is recommended for Western blot (WB) applications. It is reactive with Human, Mouse, Rat, and Monkey samples, detecting endogenous TORC1/CRTC1 without cross-reactivity to related proteins such as TORC2 or TORC3. The host species is Mouse, the clonality is monoclonal, and the isotype is IgM. For short-term storage the vial should be kept at 4 °C, and for longer-term use aliquots should be stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
