Anti-Topoisomerase II β Antibody

The antibody was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of the human Topoisomerase II β protein and is purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, resulting in an unconjugated Rabbit IgG preparation provided at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and shows reactivity with human samples, where it detects endogenous levels of total topoisomerase II β.
