Anti-Topo IIα Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against Topoisomerase IIα (Topo IIα) and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human Topo IIα around the non-phosphorylation site of serine 1525, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of the target protein. The unconjugated preparation is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and it has been confirmed to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of DNA topology and replication biology. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at -20°C, with care taken to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
