Anti-Topo IIβ (A32) Antibody

From Antibodies.com comes a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Topo IIβ (A32). The unconjugated primary antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of human Topo IIβ, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of Topoisomerase II β protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 183 kDa.
