Description
From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Topo IIα (E1102), validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated reagent reacts with human and mouse samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1071-1220 of human Topo IIα, and the antibody recognises endogenous levels of the target protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 174 kDa.
