Anti-TOPBP1 Antibody

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is a rabbit-derived affinity-purified antibody directed against TOPBP1 (DNA topoisomerase II binding protein 1). Supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume, the unconjugated antibody was raised against a recombinant human TOPBP1 immunogen and then purified by affinity chromatography using the same antigen. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it recognizes the endogenous total TOPBP1 protein in samples of human and mouse origin. The product is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotective stabilizer. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody activity.
