Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody to TOP2A (Topoisomerase II alpha). This unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein spanning amino acids 1314–1503 of human DNA topoisomerase II alpha (TOP2A). The antibody is validated for ICC/IF on human samples, with a recommended dilution of 1:50–1:200. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
