Anti-TOP2A Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent targets DNA topoisomerase II alpha (TOP2A) and is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human TOP2A and recognizes endogenous levels of the total TOP2A protein. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows, with reactivity confirmed against human samples. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the IgG preparation is delivered without any fluorophore or enzyme label.
