Anti-TOMM20 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the mitochondrial outer membrane protein TOMM20 and is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody was raised in rabbit against a recombinant human TOMM20 immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography, yielding an unconjugated polyclonal preparation validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It detects endogenous levels of total TOMM20 in human, mouse and rat samples, making it well suited as a mitochondrial marker across the most common research models used in cell biology and neuroscience. The vial is shipped at 4 °C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted for long-term storage at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve binding activity.
