Anti-TOMM20 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TOMM20, available through Antibodies.com. This unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP), and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, the antibody is purified by affinity purification. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200 and IP 1:50–1:200. The reported molecular weight of the target protein is 16 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
