Anti-TOM70 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets TOM70 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 245–608 of human TOM70 (NP_055635.3).

It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 75 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
