Anti-TOM1L1 Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets TOM1L1, a member of the TOM1 family of endosomal trafficking proteins. TOM1L1 contains VHS and GAT domains and participates in ubiquitin-dependent sorting of cargo through the endosomal pathway, including regulation of growth factor receptor internalization. It also associates with Src-family kinases and has been studied in the context of receptor tyrosine kinase signaling and tumor biology.

Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated rabbit antiserum, the antibody is validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence applications on human samples, with reactivity restricted to the human target. The polyclonal format provides recognition of multiple epitopes across the TOM1L1 protein, useful for studies of clathrin-mediated endocytosis, vesicle trafficking, and signaling cascades downstream of internalized receptors.
