Anti-Tollip Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the Tollip target, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows and recognizes endogenous Tollip in human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting cross-species expression studies of this Toll-like receptor pathway regulator.

Tollip acts as a negative modulator of innate immune signaling, interacting with IL-1 receptor-associated kinase 1 and components of the TLR signaling cascade, so the reagent is applied to investigations of NF-κB pathway activity, endosomal trafficking, and ubiquitin-dependent sorting events.
