Purified in rabbits against the transducer of ERBB2 (TOB1) protein, this polyclonal reagent recognizes an epitope centered on residue 164 of the human TOB1 sequence. TOB1 belongs to the BTG/Tob family of anti-proliferative factors that restrain cell cycle re-entry and modulate mRNA deadenylation through interactions with Caf1/CNOT7.
