Anti-TNS3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against the TNS3 target and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 535–580 of human TNS3 as immunogen, and it detects endogenous levels of the TNS3 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The observed molecular weight of the target is ~ 155 kDa. The product is supported by one scientific validation image.
