Anti-TNRC6A Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets GW182 (TNRC6A) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. It is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form, with the target protein reported at a molecular weight of 180 kDa.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 950–1050 of human TNRC6A (NP_055309.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a lot-specific concentration. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
