Anti-TNPO1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Transportin 1/MIP (TNPO1), available through Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 800 to the C-terminus of human TNPO1 (NP_002261.3). The antibody is purified by affinity purification and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target has a molecular weight of 85 - 102 kDa, and recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:200 to 1:1,000. Concentration is lot specific.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
