Anti-TNP2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a recombinant human TNP2 (nuclear transition protein 2, also known as TP-2 or TP2) immunogen. Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL vial of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on human samples, where it recognizes endogenous levels of total TNP2 protein. The polyclonal host is rabbit and the isotype is IgG, with purity confirmed by affinity chromatography against the immunogen.
