Anti-TNP2 Antibody

A primary antibody reagent from Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody is directed against TNP2. The antibody was raised in rabbit and shows reactivity with human and rat samples, and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications.

The immunogen used to generate this reagent is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human TNP2. The antibody detects endogenous levels of TNP2 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 16 kDa. Purification was performed by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
