Anti-TNNT2 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against TNNT2, also known as cardiac muscle troponin T, a protein widely used as a cardiomyocyte marker. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 149-193 of human TNNT2, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of the TNNT2 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 40 kDa.
