Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com directed against TNNT2. The antibody is unconjugated and supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It has been validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The immunogen used was recombinant full length Human TNNT2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of TNNT2 protein. The expected molecular weight is ~ 35 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
