Anti-TNNT1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Troponin T1/TNT (TNNT1), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. The antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is provided as a liquid preparation that has been affinity purified.

The target protein has a molecular weight of 33 kDa. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3 containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-262 of human TNNT1 (NP_001119604.1). Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot specific.
