Anti-TNNI2 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG reagent directed against TNNI2. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot applications and reactive with human samples.

Each preparation is affinity purified and supplied in a PBS buffer containing 50% glycerol, preserved with proclin300 or sodium azide, at pH 7.3. Storage is recommended at -20°C with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. For Western blotting, a working dilution range of 1:500 to 1:1000 is suggested. For ELISA, an initial concentration of 1 μg/mL is recommended as a starting point that may be optimised for specific assay requirements.
