Anti-TNNC2 Antibody

The Antibodies.com Anti-TNNC2 Antibody is a rabbit polyclonal, unconjugated IgG reagent raised against TNNC2. It is validated by the manufacturer for Western blot and immunohistochemistry and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–160 of human TNNC2 (NP_003270.1), and the antibody has been purified by affinity chromatography.

The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 18 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
