Produced in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent, this unconjugated primary antibody recognizes human TNIP1, also known as ABIN-1, a key regulator of NF-κB signaling that interacts with the deubiquitinase A20/TNFAIP3 to modulate inflammatory responses. Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications, the antibody is supplied by Antibodies.com in a 100 µl volume at a working concentration suitable for immunodetection of TNIP1 in human tissue lysates and paraffin-embedded sections.

TNIP1 is broadly expressed in immune cells including B lymphocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells, where it restrains excessive NF-κB activation through recruitment of A20 to ubiquitinated signaling intermediates. Genetic variants in TNIP1 have been linked to increased susceptibility to systemic lupus erythematosus, psoriasis, and other autoimmune conditions, making this reagent useful for studies of inflammatory signaling, immune cell regulation, and autoimmune disease mechanisms. Researchers can apply the antibody to investigate TNIP1 expression patterns, protein-protein interactions with A20 and other binding partners, and the role of TNIP1 in toll-like receptor and TNF receptor signaling pathways.
