Anti-TNFSF4 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the TNFSF4 immunogen, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody targets a type II transmembrane glycoprotein of the TNF ligand family, also known as OX40L or CD252, that mediates costimulatory signalling between T cells and antigen-presenting cells. It is supplied by Antibodies.com as a 100 µl volume at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3. Validated for western blot, the reagent detects TNFSF4 in lysates and samples from human, mouse and rat origin, supporting research in transplantation tolerance, autoimmune disease models and immune checkpoint biology.
