Anti-TNFSF18 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets TNFSF18 (also known as GITRL) and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 72–199 of human GITR Ligand/TNFSF18 (NP_005083.2), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 46 kDa. Concentration is lot specific. The antibody has been affinity purified and is recommended for use at a WB dilution of 1:500–1:2,000. It ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
