Anti-TNFSF14 Antibody

Manufactured and distributed under the Antibodies.com catalogue, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TNFSF14 (also known as LIGHT, CD258, HVEM-L or TNFSF14), a member of the tumour necrosis factor ligand superfamily that is commonly investigated in immunology, inflammation and cancer signalling research. The antibody is supplied as 50 µl of an unconjugated liquid formulation at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3, and is recommended for Western Blot (WB) applications. It is a polyclonal IgG reagent raised in rabbit, with an estimated purity of greater than 95%, and has been validated for cross-reactivity with both human and mouse TNFSF14. The unconjugated format allows end users to couple the antibody to their preferred reporter (HRP, biotin, fluorophore, etc.) depending on the downstream assay. For best stability the product should be stored at –20 °C in working aliquots to avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles, with short-term storage at 4 °C acceptable for frequent use over one month. It is intended for Research Use Only and is shipped on cold packs to maintain the cold chain from the Antibodies.com facility to the customer. The reagent is well suited to Western blot detection of endogenous TNFSF14 levels in cell lysates and tissue homogenates from human and mouse origins, and serves as a reliable primary antibody tool in studies of LIGHT-mediated HVEM and LTβR signalling pathways.
