Anti-TNFSF14 Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody that recognises LIGHT, also known as TNFSF14. The unconjugated reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for western blot (WB). One scientific validation image is provided.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 59-176 of human TNFSF14/LIGHT (UniProt O43557). It is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The concentration is lot specific, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 28 kDa.

For western blot applications, a dilution of 1:100-1:500 is recommended. The product ships at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. It is supplied for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
