Anti-TNFSF13B Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against TNFSF13B (also known as BAFF or BLyS), a member of the tumor necrosis factor superfamily involved in B-cell maturation and survival. The immunogen used to generate the antibody is a recombinant protein of human TNFSF13B, and the reagent has been affinity-purified using that immunogen to deliver high specificity. It detects endogenous levels of total TNFSF13B protein in validated applications including Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the supplier lists cross-reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The product is supplied as an unconjugated antiserum at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide as preservative, and 50% glycerol for cryoprotection.
