Anti-TNFSF13B Antibody

The Antibodies.com anti-TNFSF13B antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against TNFSF13B (also known as BAFF). Classified as a primary antibody, it is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form and has been validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). It was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 90-160 of human TNFSF13B (NP_006564.1), and is purified by affinity chromatography. Reported molecular weights for the target are 17 kDa and 31 kDa. The formulation is phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
