Anti-TNFSF13 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to APRIL/TNFSF13, available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit, and reacts with human samples. It has been validated for Western blot applications, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000. The target is APRIL/TNFSF13 (also designated TNFSF13), with a reported molecular weight of 35 kDa. The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 105–247 of human TNFSF13 (NP_742085.1). The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
