Anti-TNFSF12 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TNFSF12 (also referred to as TWEAK), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It is validated for use in Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF).

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 42–123 of human TNFSF12 (NP_003800.1). The target has a molecular weight of 27 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. Concentration is lot specific.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
