Anti-TNFSF11 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against TNFSF11 (also known as RANKL, CD254, OPGL, ODF, TRANCE, or TNFSF member 11) and is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in the 50 µl format. The immunogen is a recombinant protein of human TNFSF11, and the antibody is unconjugated and purified by affinity chromatography against the immunogen. It is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is intended for research use only. Validated applications are Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the reagent detects endogenous levels of total TNFSF11 protein. Reactivity has been confirmed in Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of osteoclast differentiation, bone remodelling, and immune signalling pathways involving the receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa-B ligand. For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
