Anti-TNFSF10 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting TNFSF10 (also known as TRAIL) is offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 50–160 of human TNFSF10 (NP_003801.1) and is affinity purified, with a reported molecular weight of 28 kDa.

It is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, shipped at 4°C, and upon receipt should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The manufacturer recommends a Western blot working dilution of 1:500–1:1,000, and the catalogue additionally lists IHC as an application.

Validation data include Western blot analysis of THP-1 cell lysates, where the antibody was applied at 1:1,000 to lysates from cells treated with LPS (1 µg/ml) at 37°C for 8 hours. Detection used a goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L HRP secondary at 1:10,000, 25 µg protein per lane, 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST as blocking buffer, ECL Basic Kit, and a 180-second exposure.
