Anti-TNFRSF8 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, targets CD30 (also referred to as TNFRSF8) and is provided in an unconjugated, liquid format. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 500-595 of human CD30 and is reactive with human samples.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA, the reagent is recommended for use at a WB dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000. Following affinity purification, it is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon delivery for storage at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The reported molecular weight is 128 kDa, with a predicted molecular weight of 64 kDa.
