Anti-TNFRSF6B Antibody

From the Antibodies.com Primary Antibodies range, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against DcR3 (TNFRSF6B) and validated for Western blot, reacting with Human and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 200-300 of human TNFRSF6B (NP_003814.1). The IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, purified by affinity chromatography, and targets a 33 kDa protein.

The recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500-1:1,000. For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
