Anti-TNFRSF5 (Phospho-Thr254) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting TNFRSF5 when phosphorylated at threonine 254. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

It was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to the region around threonine 254 (Q-E-T(p)-L-H) of human TNFRSF5, conjugated to KLH, and purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific phosphopeptide; non-phospho-specific antibodies were removed by chromatography on non-phosphopeptide. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of TNFRSF5 only when phosphorylated at threonine 254.

Supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. Shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. One scientific validation image is available.
