A rabbit polyclonal reagent against TNFRSF4 supports detection of the OX40 receptor in research workflows. TNFRSF4, also known as OX40 or CD134, is a member of the TNF receptor superfamily that delivers a co-stimulatory signal on activated T cells and is widely studied in immunology, oncology, autoimmune disease, and transplant research. The unconjugated primary antibody from Antibodies.com is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline containing 0.05% sodium azide, adjusted to approximately pH 7.3, and is validated for Western blot on human, mouse, and rat samples. Each vial contains 50 µl of antibody, an amount suitable for multiple membrane probing experiments when used at typical immunoblotting dilutions. The reagent allows laboratories to profile checkpoint and co-stimulatory pathway expression, follow receptor modulation in T cell activation assays, and characterize signaling cross-talk in disease models. Store refrigerated at 2 to 8 degrees C to preserve activity, protect from light, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of working aliquots.
