Anti-TNFRSF21 Antibody

Produced in rabbit and distributed by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent targets TNFRSF21, the cell-surface receptor also known as Death Receptor 6 (DR6). DR6 sits in the TNF receptor superfamily and signals through its cytoplasmic death domain to drive caspase-dependent apoptosis, modulate T-cell costimulation, and influence amyloid precursor protein processing in neuronal models, so the antibody is widely used to map DR6 expression in apoptosis, neuroinflammation, and tumor-biology research workflows. It is validated for Western blot on human samples and is routinely applied to HEK293, HeLa, Jurkat, and brain-tissue lysates prepared in RIPA buffer. Each vial is supplied as 100 µl of liquid antiserum suitable for dilution in standard TBST-based blocking buffer; aliquot on receipt and store at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles and protecting the solution from light.
