TNFRSF1B (TNFR2/p75) is a ~75 kDa type I transmembrane receptor in the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. Unlike TNFRSF1A, TNFRSF1B lacks an intracellular death domain and instead signals through TRAF2-mediated NF-κB activation, contributing to T-cell co-stimulation, regulatory T-cell expansion, and tissue-repair signaling pathways. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against the human receptor and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows. Each vial is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, shipped as a 50 µl aliquot.

The antibody is widely used by research groups investigating inflammatory signaling cascades, autoimmune disease models, and tumor microenvironment immunology, where TNFR2 expression on activated T cells, myeloid subsets, or tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes is of interest. It is compatible with standard immunoblotting buffers and with formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections for chromogenic or fluorescent IHC detection.

For long-term storage, keep the glycerol-containing formulation at -20 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles; aliquot upon first use if dilution for working stocks is needed, and equilibrate the vial on ice before opening to minimize condensation.
