TNFRSF14 (also called HVEM, Herpesvirus Entry Mediator) is a type I transmembrane receptor of the TNF receptor superfamily that functions bidirectionally in immune signaling, binding partners such as BTLA, CD160, and LIGHT/TNFSF14 to modulate T-cell activation, co-stimulation, and inflammation.

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against the human TNFRSF14 protein and supplied in a vial as 100 µL of ready-to-use reagent for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows. The polyclonal format provides recognition of multiple epitopes across the target, supporting detection in immunoblotting membranes and fixed tissue sections.

Researchers use this reagent to investigate HVEM expression patterns in lymphoid tissues, the tumor microenvironment, and herpesvirus entry models, as well as checkpoint pathway biology. The unconjugated format allows pairing with a user-chosen secondary antibody, chromogen, or fluorescent labeling system. For research use only.
