TNFRSF14 (also known as HVEM or CD270) is a type I transmembrane receptor in the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily that modulates both costimulatory and inhibitory signaling in lymphocytes. This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the human TNFRSF14 protein and is supplied at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, packaged as a 100 µL vial. It is validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on human samples and is provided unconjugated, allowing flexible secondary labeling for downstream detection. The reagent is intended for research use only and supports work in herpesvirus entry biology, T-cell costimulatory pathways, and follicular lymphoma-associated signaling, where characterizing HVEM expression in lymphoid tissue sections and transfected cell models is a common experimental goal.
