Anti-TNFRSF13C Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets TNFRSF13C, also known as BAFF-R (B-cell activating factor receptor), a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily expressed predominantly on B lymphocytes. BAFF-R serves as the principal receptor for BAFF (TNFSF13B) and transduces survival signals essential for transitional and mature B-cell populations through canonical and non-canonical NF-κB pathways.

Raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated at a volume of 100 µl, the reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry. It recognizes both human and mouse TNFRSF13C, supporting comparative work across patient samples and murine models of immune dysregulation, including common variable immunodeficiency and B-cell lymphoma research.

For Western blot, the antibody detects endogenous BAFF-R in lymphoid tissues and B-cell lines.
