Anti-TNFRSF11B Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets TNFRSF11B (also known as Osteoprotegerin) and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and is reactive with Human and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 22–280 of human TNFRSF11B (NP_002537.3). The antibody has a molecular weight of 46 kDa and is provided as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Purification was performed by affinity chromatography. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
